Begin with two Picket Liners, strategically positioning them to intercept waves of incoming "scabs." Each scab that enters the factory reduces your chances of victory. As strike days progress, the challenge intensifies. Face increasingly desperate scabs, some wielding improvised weapons capable of breaching your initial defenses. Even the police may join the fray, attempting to break the line with force. Success lies in strengthening your picket line. Combine workers to create more resilient defenders, upgrade them with powerful banners, and even sway some scabs to your cause.

Strike Power and Strategic Upgrades

As the strike gains momentum, rally community support and strategically deploy resources. Enhance existing Picket Liners with upgraded banners for increased resilience. As the social impact grows, use people's growing positive attitudes towards picket liners and convince "scabs" to leave the factory and even joining your side!

Originally conceived during Future Jam 2023, Picket Line evolved into a fully realized game thanks to the support of the Croatian Game Development Alliance (CGDA), the Austrian Culture Forum in Zagreb, and the PISMO gaming incubator.
