Compatibility and Support

OVRdrop requires Windows 8/8.1 or 10. While support for Windows 7 is planned, it is currently not available due to technical limitations.

While OVRdrop strives for broad compatibility, it's crucial to understand its limitations:

• Oculus Rift/OSVR: OVRdrop should work perfectly with the Oculus Rift and OSVR HMD when running through SteamVR. However, games that force the Oculus SDK or OSVR SDK may not be compatible.
• HTC Vive: The HTC Vive has demonstrated 100% compatibility when running through SteamVR; however, controller interaction could break in rare cases.
