Pinhead’s Power: Summons of Pain

Open a gateway to other dimensions with the Summons of Pain. Control possessed chains to bind Survivors, reducing their speed and hindering their escape. This offers a unique asymmetrical multiplayer hunting opportunity. Chain them multiple times to further cripple their movement, forcing them to Break Free or face your wrath.

LAMENT CONFIGURATION

Beware the Lament Configuration puzzle box. If left untouched, it will trigger a Chain Hunt, unleashing chains upon all Survivors. A Survivor carrying the puzzle box will suffer the Oblivious status effect and occasional chain attacks. To end the Chain Hunt, they must solve the box, revealing their location to Pinhead, allowing him to teleport. When Pinhead grabs the puzzle box, all Survivors are instantly chained, revealing their positions, initiating a new Chain Hunt. The Lament Configuration offers unique challenges and shifts the dynamics of this thrilling horror game.

Deadlock

After a generator is fixed, The Entity blocks the generator with the most progress for a duration, revealing its aura. This Killer perk allows you to control the pace of the game and disrupt Survivor strategies.

Hex: Plaything

Hooking a Survivor for the first time activates Hex: Plaything on a random dull totem, inflicting Oblivious until the totem is cleansed. This Hex perk forces Survivors to search and destroy, diverting them from their objectives in this survival scenario.

Scourge Hook: Gift of Pain

Begin each trial with Scourge Hooks. Survivors unhooked from a Scourge Hook suffer Hemorrhage and Mangled until healed. Once healed, they will suffer a speed penalty to healing, repairing, and opening actions until injured again. This Scourge Hook perk ensures that those rescued from these hooks endure lasting pain and hinder their performance.
