How to Use the Editor:

Access the editor from the Start Menu: "Editor" - "Edit Orig. Specialties".

To implement your custom specialties, start a new scenario and select "Have Orig. Specialties Appear" in the "Specialty Settings" menu. From the "Edit All Specialties" option, you can then assign your custom abilities to individual officers.

Alternatively, modify existing officers and their specialties from "Settings" - "Edit" - "Edit All Specialties" to further refine your grand strategy.
