In Version 1.1, craft your own story text captions from a selection of random words! Simply access the story text caption selection screen, click the button in the upper left corner, and let your creativity guide you. Select words and end your sentence by clicking the "next" button in the lower right. Refresh the available words with a single click if you need a spark of inspiration!

How to Play Author Clicker: A Simple Guide

1. Embrace your creativity! There are no rules or limitations in Author Clicker; just let your imagination flow.

2. On each page, select one image from eight randomly presented choices, drawn from a larger collection.

3. Choose one story text caption from eight random options, also sourced from an extensive library.

4. On the finalization page, arrange the story text caption to your liking by clicking and dragging it on the screen.

5. Revisit previous pages in your current game session to review your story's progress and reposition captions.

6. Check your earned points on the unlock screen (button in the lower-left corner).

7. Spend your points to unlock new story text categories, immediately expanding the story text captions available to you. There are seven exciting categories to unlock! Start your journey in this indie game today!
