About Fear The Reaper - An Asymmetrical Horror Game

Fear The Reaper is an intense asymmetrical horror multiplayer game for up to 8 players, offering a unique blend of terror and strategic gameplay. Experience the thrill of a classic slasher film as one player embodies The Reaper, a horrifying killer driven to terrorize, while the remaining players become Residents fighting for survival.

Each match dynamically scales in difficulty and balance based on the number of players, ensuring a challenging and engaging experience every time. Dive into a dynamic hide-and-seek where teamwork can be helpful but isn't mandatory.

As a Resident, you’ll be assigned a unique role with special abilities, objectives, and ways to contribute to the group or fend for yourself. Will you work together to escape or even turn the tables on The Reaper? Or will you prioritize your own survival in this terrifying sandbox environment?

The Reaper's sole purpose is to hunt, terrorize, and eliminate the Residents, using cunning and deadly abilities to sow fear and reap souls.

Residents will have a wide variety of survival methods and objectives.

Explore the town, discover its secrets, and engage in side-objectives as you navigate a world designed for unparalleled player freedom. Unlike other games in the genre, Fear The Reaper accommodates various playstyles, offering teamwork opportunities without forcing coordination.

The Roles: Embrace Your Destiny

At the start of each match, every Resident is randomly assigned a crucial role. For example, you might become THE PROTECTOR, armed with a shotgun and extra ammo, tasked with safeguarding other players. Will you become the hero they need, or will you prioritize your own survival above all else? If you are THE FINAL GIRL you have the main story focus, with residents supporting. All residents should try and keep you alive, and vise versa for The Reaper.
