This pack meticulously recreates the iconic coaches from the early days of the LMS, allowing you to expand your Train Simulator collection and immerse yourself in the history of passenger rail travel.

These beautifully crafted coaches, designed with a standardized pattern befitting the various services and railway needs, are a testament to the era's engineering. The coaches feature wooden-framed and paneled construction, fully beaded bodies, and a semi-elliptical roof. All compartments of side-corridor coaches are easily accessible through the doors. They are mounted on a robust steel underframe, based on the final Midland Railway design. Window ventilation, accomplished mainly by droplight, are complemented by torpedo-type roof ventilators. Most coaches ran on two four-wheel bogies with a single bolster design, and all except for kitchen cars, are electrically lit and vacuum braked as standard.

The early LMS coaches incorporated characteristic Midland Railway features, setting them apart. The LMS company introduced many conventional coaches that were both comfortable and exceptionally attractive in the fully paneled and beaded style, finished with the signature LMS Maroon paint scheme.
