Explore each serene landscape at your own pace, using either teleportation or smooth locomotion. Customize your experience by controlling parameters such as time of day, further enhancing the VR relaxation. When you're ready to deepen your immersion, activate the DeepGuide. This feature employs a unique blend of mindfulness techniques, including guided breathing, spatial soundscapes, binaural beats, and modulated brightness, volume and even haptic feedback, to gently guide you into a deeper state of relaxation, creating a truly meditative VR experience.

After each guided session, witness the environment and your mood transform, creating a powerful sense of renewal. Access the radial menu for additional controls over image, sound, and locomotion, allowing for complete customization of your VR mindfulness journey. Tailor the DeepGuide to your preferences with adjustable session lengths and tempo controls. Discover specific controls and modes for each environment within the radial menu, including Default, DeepGuide, and Afterglow, allowing you to tailor your VR meditation session.

What to Expect (and What Not To)

DeepStates [VR] is designed for VR relaxation and reflection, not fast-paced action. You won’t find gamification, quests, or vast open-world levels here. While future updates may include more environmental interactions, the core focus remains on creating a peaceful VR experience.
