Synopsis

A powerful lightning strike awakens Luna, a ghost with no memories, within an old tomb. Drawn to a nearby house, Luna begins a perilous quest to unravel the mystery of her ghostly existence. What secrets lie hidden in her past, and who is responsible for her transformation?

Game Modes

UNDEMON offers multiple game modes to suit your skill level:

• Normal Mode: A balanced experience with moderate difficulty, perfect for new players. Upgrade Luna's abilities to conquer challenges.
• Original Mode: A hardcore mode reminiscent of classic games, featuring slippery controls and limited visibility. Test your platforming skills in this demanding mode.
• ??? Mode: Unlocked after completion, this mysterious mode presents a unique challenge: collect souls to gain 1UPs!

Ghostly Hide System

As a ghost, Luna possesses the ability to "hide," partially phasing out of reality. Use this mechanic to stun enemies, bypass obstacles, and navigate the world. Be warned, some villagers have developed a resistance to your spectral presence. However, hiding is ineffective againist animals. Stun human enemies by bumping into them while hiding.

Spooky Sight System

Luna's ghostly vision is initially limited, only allowing her to see nearby humans in the dark. Improve her "Sight" ability to expand her visual range. Animals, however, are always visible, regardless of range.

Upgrade Abilities

Collect souls to enhance Luna's abilities and overcome increasingly difficult challenges. The upgrade options vary depending on the game mode:

Normal Mode Abilities:

• Attack: Increase your attack power, allowing you to defend yourself against enemies.
• Sight: Expand your visual range to detect more humans in the darkness.
• Flying Time: Extend the duration of your flight ability.
• Recover Flying: Reduce the cooldown time for your flight ability.
• Fire Resistance: Reduce fire damage.
• High Jump: Increase your jump height to reach new areas.

Original Mode Abilities:

• Attack: Gradually increases attack, can fire long-range energy.
• Sight: Expand your visual range to detect more humans in the darkness.
• Friction: Improves movement and control of the slippery ghost.
• Hiding Time: Extends the duration of your hiding ability.
• Recover Hiding: Reduce the cooldown time for your hiding ability.
• Flight/Flying Time: Flight becomes possible, and flying time increases.
• Recover Flying: Reduce the cooldown time for your flight ability.

Stage Progression

Navigate each stage by finding the correct keys. Look at the hint signs! Fake yellow keys exist, so examine them carefully. Red keys do not have fakes, so grab them when you see them!
