COVID KILLER offers two distinct game modes:

Scenario Mode: Strategic Vaccine Deployment

In Scenario Mode, you are reintegrated into a patient's body, starting in the nostril, to defend against the viral invasion. A crucial gameplay element is the realistic vaccine mechanic: pharmaceutical products take time to take effect, requiring you to anticipate virus movements and aim accurately for optimal impact. The difficulty escalates as you advance through numerous levels, facing ever-stronger and more numerous viruses. Upgrade your avatar's abilities and the vaccine's potency using stars earned from successful missions. Your performance, accuracy, and health are evaluated after each mission, awarding stars to unlock powerful enhancements. Only the most skilled players will achieve the highest scores and compete globally!

Survival Mode: Endless Horde Defense

Survival mode throws you into an intense battle against an endless wave of increasingly challenging viruses. Unlimited vaccine syringes are available, provided you can reload from strategically placed ammunition boxes. Earn stars, the game's currency, to unlock valuable bonuses like specialized chargers and medicine. The ultimate goal is survival: stay alive as long as possible, achieve record-breaking scores, and demonstrate your dominance on the leaderboards in this adrenaline-pumping zombie survival-esque experience (but with viruses!).
