To claim your Loyalist Item Pack 3 items in-game, seek out the NPC "Lancel the Knight." He awaits you outside the gates of Devil's Crossing. Select the “I wish to tap into the divine” dialogue option to receive your divine customizations.

Important: This illusion pack requires version v1.2.0.4 or higher. For players who own the Ashes of Malmouth DLC (one of the best DLCs for this ARPG!), the items you receive from Lancel will be added directly to your Illusionist collection, rather than being applied directly to an item. This gives you even greater flexibility in creating the perfect look for your character builds.
