New Characters Enter the Fray

The Clockwork Kingdom Expansion introduces three compelling new characters, each with unique abilities and playstyles:

Artificer

Master of deconstruction and magical absorption, the Artificer channels the power of magic objects to enhance their own abilities.

• Begins the game with 2 Spells.
• May destroy Magic Objects to absorb their power. Destroying 1 grants 1 Spell (if craft allows).
• Destroying 2 Magic Objects grants 1 craft.
• Gains a Spell when landing on Runes (if craft allows).

Swindler

A cunning trickster who thrives in the new age by exploiting every advantage, making the most of their money through savvy haggling.

• May buy any object from another character on the same space for 1 gold.
• Pays 1 gold less when paying 2 or more gold.
• Gains 1 gold instead of encountering residents in the City, Tavern, or Village.
• May evade a battle by paying 1 gold.

Engineer

A master craftsman who excels at constructing inventions, making the most of resources, and dismantling Construct enemies.

• Can craft inventions with only 2 ingredients instead of 3.
• Adds 3 to attack roll against Construct enemies.
• Rolls 1 die when crafting an Invention and adds the text to the Invented Card.

New Alternative Endings

Venture into new challenges with two thrilling alternative endings:

Runic Revolution

Fight for tradition against the rising tide of automatons! In this challenging hidden ending, all Adventure Cards are removed, and Construct Enemies fill the deck. Players are teleported to the Outer or Middle Regions. Defeating Construct Enemies rewards Revolution Tokens. After 10 rounds, the player with the most Revolution Tokens wins!

Era of Invention

Prove your creation is the ultimate masterpiece! Take your Invention to the Crown of Command and challenge another player in psychic combat. Victory allows you to copy an Invention from your inventory and eliminate the defeated player! The last inventor standing claims ultimate victory in this cutthroat fantasy RPG.
