Gameplay Features

Cut Blocks: Slash through oncoming blocks with perfectly timed hand or foot movements. Match the arrow direction for extra points and build your combo! This is where precision and rhythm collide.

Collect Rings: Activate your lower and upper body! Step on floor rings with your feet and reach for air rings with your hands. Coordination is key to mastering this part of the physical rhythm game.

Dodge Obstacles: Stay agile and avoid incoming obstacles! Step over low barriers to keep your flow going or move to the sides with some cool dance steps. Agility is vital in Catch Flex.

Kick Balls: Unleash your inner soccer star! Kick the target balls with either foot, or get creative with a hand or even a headbutt! Show off your agility and style in this body tracking game.

Intuitive Controls

Navigate the menus with a wave of your hand. Control your movement with your right hand or your left hand. Ready, raise your opposite hand to create a click gesture on the selected option. Need a pause? Simply raise both hands and bring them together.
