The developer is committed to delivering a competitive and engaging experience, including the integration of a private API for cross-play matchmaking and rebuilding core systems using Unreal's powerful Gameplay Ability System (GAS). Ambitious features on the horizon include character leveling, GAS-based ability systems, a dynamic card system rebuild, and dedicated servers for Steam, Epic, and PC platforms.

Roadmap to Release and Beyond

The development roadmap includes building the backend using C++, implementing player accounts and matchmaking via dedicated servers, and a website for promotional updates. Further plans include 6-10 complete characters, a deck builder, character customization, map enhancements, and eventually, potential console releases. Post-release content is envisioned to include single-player story-driven DLCs, more maps, characters, and game modes.
