In 1899, Alexander Voss, an occultist and visionary composer, sought to unite dimensions through music. His disastrous experiment broke the Universal Symphony, collapsing worlds and transforming his Victorian mansion into a nexus of chaos.

Now, two centuries later, six descendants embark on a desperate time travel mission to repair the Gramophones and restore harmony before reality unravels completely. But their journey tears through fractured space-time, allowing a dark, parallel universe to bleed through.

During this perilous crossing, a descendant is infected by a molecular anomaly, fusing with a predatory entity from another reality.
