How to Make Everyone Suffer?

Gloom: Digital Edition supports 1 to 4 players.

• On each turn you can play modifier cards on your character cards. You will describe horrible events befalling your characters to lower their Self-Worth scores. At the same time you will try to cheer up your opponents' characters with happy occasions that pile on positive points.

• Event cards provide additional opportunities to manipulate fates: draw extra cards on stormy nights, grant a character a second chance, or sabotage your opponents by discarding their top modifier card... What a shocking twist!

• Finally, eliminate your family or your rivals' families using the Untimely Death cards! They can be baked into a pie, eaten by bears, or simply die old and alone... The possibilities are grimly endless. These cards trigger the tragic finales that seal your family's fate.
