The ultimate goal is to produce awesome Robots and amass wealth! At the start, you'll have a repair shop, one repairman, and a drill. The efficiency of your robots are all equaled to one and that is too low. You can increase efficiency of robots in "robots" tab.
Distinguish between robot deployment and development: To assemble specific robots for tasks, select the "Build for a task" button and assemble other Robots for you. The "Maintenance" tab contains necessary buildings for your robot production.
An assembly shop is a key component, without one you will not be able to assemble any robot. Ensure your repairmen are assigned to workshops to prevent collapse. Pirates regularly attack so the military workshop increases the number of military robots.
You will need components to produce a great Robot, the most important ones are case and processor. Improve buildings by increasing the quality percentage of the Robots or conveyor belt to increase efficiency. It is advisable to suspend any production when you want to improve or destroy a building.
