SCP: Facility - A Cancelled Containment Breach Simulation

Unfortunately, SCP: Facility is no longer in development and will not be released due to unforeseen funding issues. This project aimed to deliver a unique and terrifying SCP containment breach simulation, placing players directly in the heart of a sprawling, procedurally generated SCP research facility.

The core gameplay loop was intended to revolve around frantic resource management, strategic planning, and desperate attempts to survive against a multitude of hostile SCP anomalies. Players would have needed to navigate the labyrinthine corridors, securing crucial resources, and utilizing their knowledge of each SCP to either re-contain them or escape the facility altogether.

The promise of procedural generation ensured a fresh and unpredictable experience with each playthrough, while the detailed environment and chilling atmosphere were designed to fully immerse players in the world of the SCP Foundation. Though the project is cancelled, the vision was to offer a challenging and replayable horror game experience for fans of SCP lore and survival horror genres. We regret that we are unable to bring this vision to fruition.
