Knights of the same color are automatically teamed up, encouraging strategic color selection.

Unlike Story Mode, Versus Mode introducesItem spawns that grant the player a temporary ability to turn the tide of battle – the frequency of Itembattles can be adjusted or even disabled for a more skill-based competition.
