Strategic Deck Building and City Conquest

Scivics challenges you to develop your unique strategy, either through meticulous planning or by utilizing the auto-mode for faster gameplay. Expand your influence across the city, strategically deploying from a collection of over 160+ cards. Choose your faction wisely, construct crucial Locations, and amass Influence to dominate the urban landscape.

Engage in fierce battles, hindering your opponents' progress by stealing their Influence and crushing their reputation. Utilize versatile supporting Personnel, impactful FX cards, and strategic Development cards to gain the upper hand. The objective is clear: amass 15 Influence points to claim victory in this high-stakes struggle for survival!

Select one of four unique factions, each with its distinct playstyle and abilities, to lead your conquest:

Club Cipher: The Hackers

Masters of digital intrusion, Club Cipher wields unparalleled hacking abilities to manipulate systems across the city.

Leverage their Salvage and Grip Skills to draw extra cards and disrupt your opponents' carefully laid plans.

New Womens Nation: The Hunters

This elite sisterhood commands the streets with their sharpshooting prowess and unwavering dedication.

Employ the Vigor Skill to bolster your Personnel's health or unleash Vendetta to avenge fallen comrades.

Sewer Slime Squad: The Infected

Emerging from the shadows, the Sewer Slime Squad spreads a deadly contagion, threatening all those who stand in their path.

Utilize the Energy Skill to seize the initiative and conserve your forces with the Recycle ability.

Vassals Of Sitri: The Cultists

Driven by a sinister devotion, the Vassals Of Sitri manipulate and control others to further their dark agenda.

Draw extra cards with the Source Skill or amplify your attack power with the ruthless Vicious ability.

Master the Card Types to Conquer the City

Location Cards

At the start of each battle, you and your opponent will receive four Location cards randomly generated. Use influence to build your locations.

Once a turn, each player gets a influence token to place on any of their locations.

After a Location's Current Influence reaches it's Total, that player will take those Influence Tokens and deduct them from their score.

Attacking a location with Influence will steal one Influence or destroy it.

Personnel Cards

On your turn, play any Level 1 Personnel card for free.

Move your Personnel toward your opponent's Location to steal their Influence or destroy those locations.

When in battle, a card's attack removes health from the defending card simultaneously.

A Personnel card with Movement tokens can be upgraded by one Level with a card in your hand.

Adding up the previous Level and the new cards stats for their totals.

Personnel FX Cards

Play Personnel FX on any Personnel card that meets the minimum level.

Some Personnel FX cards will boost a Personnel's stats and some cards will weaken your opponents.

Personnel FX cards are not re-usable and go to the discard pile once used.

Development Cards

Play Development Cards on Locations that meets its minimum Influence requirements.

Influence Cost will be deducted from that Location's current Influence.

These stay in play on Locations until the Location is destroyed.

Location FX Cards

Play Location FX Cards on any of the Location cards that meet that cards minimum Influence requirements.

Influence Cost will be deducted from that Location's current Influence.

Cards come with a wide range of powerful effects, making the game interesting.

Location FX cards have a one time use and go to the discard pile after use.
