As a leader of a brave dwarven clan, you must march into a city consumed by infernos to scavenge precious resources, forge legendary weapons, and confront ferocious monsters. Strategic Worker Placement Mechanics

Every turn requires calculated risk. Send your dwarves from the campfire to the outskirts of the burning city. Placing your worker on a tile allows you to trigger all available actions, but be warned: the city is dangerous, and you must clear fire tokens to survive. As you progress, your movement becomes increasingly restricted, forcing you to move closer to the dragon’s castle. Once your workforce is exhausted, they return to your campfire, setting the stage for your next tactical wave.

Deep Deck-Building and Combat

At its core, Flame & Forge features a unique push-your-luck combat system. Your own deck represents your health and your potential; every attack you make and every blow you take impacts your resources. You must decide when to stand your ground and when to flee. As you forge powerful weapons and recruit defeated monsters, you will refine your deck to create devastating combos. Master the knowledge track to upgrade your standard workers into specialized dwarves, unlocking powerful passive abilities that trigger upon their return.

Save the City or Fall to the Dragon

The danger is ever-present as the dragon continuously spreads flame throughout the city. If a tile accumulates three fire markers, it is destroyed. If seven tiles are lost, the city falls, and the players lose. To emerge victorious, you must optimize your engine and strike the dragon down before the flames consume everything.
