Chacara: A Retro Horror Thriller in the Brazilian Amazon

After a few too many beers, our young protagonist sets off on a drive from the city back to his parents' home in a small town nestled within the Brazilian Amazon Rainforest. A careless oversight leaves him stranded when he runs out of gas near a "Chacara" – a traditional Brazilian country house. Desperate, he ventures onto the property, hoping to find help to get back on the road.

But this Chacara holds sinister secrets. It soon becomes apparent that a dark fate has befallen the family who once resided there. Even worse, the protagonist is relentlessly hunted by the seemingly deranged owner of the Chacara: a former military veteran, mentally scarred, and rumored to be a war criminal from the dark days of the old Brazilian Military Dictatorship!
