Cogmind is a turn-based roguelike that honors many traditional aspects of the genre - permadeath, procedural generation, dungeon crawler - while innovating in both its design and accessibility features.

• Enjoy full control using either the mouse and keyboard individually or both in tandem! Use your favourite movement method. Mouse users benefit from Drag-and-drop inventory, and keyboard control with automation features.

• Stealth play is as effective as direct combat. Use hacking and information warfare to outsmart the Complex. With no XP system, advancement relies on resourcefulness, exploration, and smart decision making.

• The living world is populated with numerous robot types, many of which are non-hostile and simply performing their duties within the robot society.

• Map objects are immediately labelled, reducing tedium and allowing you to focus on tactical decision-making and survival. The UI also has a large variety of customizations.

• No Hand-holding: While accessible and with context-sensitive help and tutorials, Cogmind encourages you to explore an unfamiliar world and learn to interpret its rules naturally. You will often die but it will teach you how to see danger before it materializes.

• Rampant Item Destruction: Every item can be destroyed! Adapt to continually replacing broken or superseded parts with better loot. Adaptability is key, and comebacks are common.

• No Classes, Skills, Etc.: There are no traditional character classes to form an emotional attachment to. Cogmind is entirely defined by items, with destruction being an integral part of gameplay. This rewards great flexibility during a playthrough.
