You'll also face relentless Fragments that charge at you fearlessly, elusive Creeps emerging from rifts in reality, and the especially dangerous Phantom variants that only reveal themselves with intense focus.

Mimics engage in combat intelligently. They actively search for you instead of firing indiscriminately, seek cover under pressure, and relocate or rebuild ambushes when they lose the advantage. At close range, they become more aggressive, adjusting accuracy, timing, and firing mode based on the situation. Enemies consistently react to what they can see and hear, taking notice of flashlights and laser sights if used nearby.

Beyond enemies, you'll confront a variety of anomalies. Some explode into shrapnel upon contact, others accumulate charge and unleash an electric shock, dim all nearby light sources, or attach themselves to you before detonating for maximum damage. Certain types trigger potent electric bursts when entered, while others violently repel you, inflicting damage in the process.

Distortion Zones present an even greater threat, inflicting severe damage every second you remain within them. To traverse these zones safely, you'll require specialized anti-distortion headgear.

The Radius evolves over time, transitioning from day to night and from one Tide cycle to the next. The Tide is a recurring in-world event that resets each location, although each area adheres to its own schedule.
