Story

Humanity ventured to the stars, with some settling on Nexus, a planet harboring ancient secrets of stone and flesh. However, unearthed secrets forced the civilized elite to retreat into enclosed habitiats. Now, the wastes are dominated by outcasts, machine controllers, and the grotesque offspring of colossal worms.

You are an outcast, burdened with a dangerous secret, forced to survive beyond the walls. Your journey will lead you through sun-scorched deserts, crumbling ruins, subterranean tunnels, and realms beyond comprehension.

Singleplayer & Local Co-op Details

Death Trash is built around its immersive single-player campaign. The game further enhances your experience with a local co-op mode:

• Supports the entirety of the main campaign. A second player can join and leave at any time.
• The second player has a unique character, stats, and inventory, but shares quest progress.
• Both players are bound to the same location and journey together on the world map.
• Engage in independent actions; dialogue and other activities don't interrupt each other.
• Choose between shared-screen (default) and permanent split-screen modes.
